We have partnered with Shiprocket, RapidShyp and Delhivery which are leading logistics aggregators in India, to handle the shipping and delivery of all our orders.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders placed on ornamint.in are processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time of placing the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be considered for processing on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days for domestic orders and average 10-15 days for international orders depending on your location.
Please note that external factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery through Shiprocket’s tracking system.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and courier availability.

Returns & Exchanges (International):
- We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
