At Ornamint, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Please review our return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Shipping within India
Free shipping on orders above ₹1,299. Below that, shipping is a flat ₹99 — no surprises at checkout.
We ship fast. Most orders placed during working hours are dispatched within an hour. Orders placed after hours go out the next working morning.
Delivery takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
Every piece is packed securely so it reaches you exactly as it left us. You'll get tracking details on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order — just message us on WhatsApp.
Because most orders are dispatched within the hour, we usually can't cancel after that. If you ordered outside working hours, message us any time before it ships and we'll cancel it.
3. Returns and exchanges
You have 5 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty
We'll send you a replacement. If we can't replace that piece, you'll get a full refund — your money back.
No reverse pickup fee. That one's on us.
If you've changed your mind
We'll issue store credit as a gift card, which never expires and can be used on anything.
A ₹99 reverse pickup fee applies.
4. Please film your unboxing
Start recording before you open the package and keep it as one unedited clip.
It's the fastest way for us to sort out a damaged or missing piece — with the video, we replace it straight away and don't need to ask you anything. Without it we can't verify what happened in transit, so we're unable to process damage claims.
It takes ten seconds and it protects you.

6. International orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout and delivery timelines vary by destination.
All orders are billed in Indian Rupees (₹). Your bank converts at its own rate, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly. International cards are accepted.
