To maintain your piece’s ornamint, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store it in a soft pouch when not in use. Clean gently with a microfiber cloth.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders above ₹2500, and every Ornamint piece is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, with international shipping charges calculated at checkout. If your order isn’t right, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. For damaged items, a continuous uncut opening video is mandatory to process any return, replacement, or refund, as required by our logistics partners.

Refunds are issued as store credit (gift card) with unlimited validity. A reverse pickup fee of ₹80 will be deducted unless the item is verified as damaged, in which case a full refund is provided with no deduction. Certain items — including worn products, earrings, customised or personalised pieces — are non-returnable, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
