1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have up to 3 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.


2. Important Return Guidelines

  • Opening Video Required:
    If you receive a damaged product, you must record a continuous, uncut video starting from the moment you begin opening the package until the damage is clearly visible.
    This video is mandatory for processing any return, replacement, or refund, as it is required by our logistics and supplier partners.

  • Condition:
    The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund Mode:
    Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit (gift card), which will have unlimited validity and can be used for any future purchase on Ornamint.in.

  • Return Shipping Charges:
    A reverse pickup charge of ₹80 will apply and be deducted from the refund amount before the gift card is issued.

  • For Damaged Items:
    If the product is found damaged or defective (verified via the opening video), a full refund via store credit will be provided without deducting shipping charges.

5. Replacement or Refund Options

If your product is verified to be damaged or defective:

  • We will send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a store credit of equal value for future purchases.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customised, engraved, or personalized products

  • Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)


7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We advise reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
